Business jet manufacturer Dassault Aviation made a concerted effort in recent years to “establish a level of customer service second to none in the business jet sector.” The work paid off, as the company recently topped two industry polls concerning customer support services, including Aviation International News’ Product Support Survey and Professional Pilot magazine’s Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey. Dassault narrowly edged out Gulfstream and Embraer in both polls’ business jet categories.

“Unwavering Commitment”

Dassault’s top rankings come after finishing second and third in recent years. This year, however, Dassault finished No.1 overall in AIN’s survey and topped the individual Parts Availability, Parts Cost, AOG Response, and Overall Aircraft Reliability categories. Dassault topped the Spares Availability and Service Satisfaction categories in Pro Pilot’s survey to finish No. 1 overall. Eric Trappier, Dassault chairman and CEO, says the results speak to Dassault’s work to enhance its global service network, spare parts availability, and other services. “It’s also a direct result of the unwavering commitment to excellence by our employees,” he says.

Dassault’s portfolio of AOG (aircraft on ground) support services make up its FalconResponse program, which includes two Dassault Falcon 900s and technicians providing parts, tools, and alternate lift services. Dassault also recently expanded its global MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) network through several acquisitions and improved its spares performance and operator support with a new distribution center in Paris.

Dassault At Your Service

Besides the Falcon 900LX, Dassault manufactures Falcon 7X, Falcon 8X, Falcon 2000S, and Falcon 2000LX business jets. The aerospace company expects to complete the maiden flight of its upcoming ultra-wide-body Falcon 6X next year and begin deliveries in 2022.
