Let Sandhills AI Write Your Listing Descriptions

The next time you create a new asset listing in Inventory Management, why not save time by letting Sandhills’ AI write an SEO-friendly description for the item? North American sellers can use the new Generate AI Description button to create an informative yet engaging summary of your equipment, which you can customize or use as-is.

Add ‘Buy Now’ E-Commerce To Your Sandhills-Hosted Website

With a Sandhills-hosted website, you can add a 24/7 online store for your parts, attachments, and more with a new e-commerce solution. Sandhills has paired up its inventory automation and website integration with an industry-standard online sales platform with secure payment processing.

Machine-Specific WebStats Just A Click Away

The Inventory Management app in the Sandhills Cloud has a new link directly to an individual asset on WebStats, so you can review a particular unit’s online traffic data more immediately. WebStats tells you how many screen impressions and clicks a machine, implement, truck, or trailer attracted within a specific time frame. You'll find the new WebStats link in the Options drop-down menu in the upper left of the item's details page in Inventory Management.

Look Up Lien Records With The New UCC Search App

The new UCC Search application in the Sandhills Cloud makes it simple to look up Uniform Commercial Code filings for a seller before you buy equipment from them. This allows you to identify any liens on an asset to determine whether it is being used as collateral or has money owed against it. The new UCC Search app helps you find relevant filings, select the records you need, and purchase reports online. UCC Search provides the visibility you need to reduce risk, verify potential ownership concerns, and complete an equipment transaction with confidence.

Several New Updates To Activate OS

Activate OS, Sandhills’ all-in-one equipment management platform, has many new upgrades and enhancements. You can now search by partial serial numbers (such as the last five or seven characters), and SNs are now formatted with all capital letters to reduce mistakes. Rental houses can give customers a new, side-by-side Inspection Comparison of a machine’s condition going out and coming back in to highlight any new issues. Also, there is a new contract mechanic’s role in Activate OS Fleet. Ask your Sandhills rep to arrange a demo.
